MELIPONA is a jewelry brand founded by a French artist based in Spain, a gemologist and jewelry specialist with over 20 years of experience in the luxury industry. Born and raised in Paris, she has always been deeply immersed in the worlds of art and beauty. Her lifelong passion for drawing and 15 years of creating abstract paintings have shaped her unique creative vision. After years of working with prestigious Parisian jewelry houses, she felt it was time to give voice to her own artistic expression.

MELIPONA was born from a desire to create something deeply personal, distinctive, and meaningful. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, blending semi-precious stones, gold-plated accents, and vibrant silk threads. The designs are subtle yet striking—never mass-produced, always intentional.

 

The artist personally selects every stone, guided by intuition, color harmony, and the energy each one radiates. Every jewel tells a story—of travel, of texture, of soul. Inspired by her journeys traveling the world.

The name MELIPONA is inspired by the stingless Melipona bee—rare, gentle, and deeply connected to nature, just like the spirit of the brand. The artist approaches each collection with the same care and intention that bees bring to making honey.
